Yes. Collectible value varies over a rather wide range depending on condition and signature combination (Bear in mind that this type was printed from 1937 to 1953, all bearing the 1937 date). In heavily worn condition, it is worth perhaps US$2, up to perhaps $100 in choice uncirculated condition.
